He did admit he had made some mistakes in choosing the wrong manager, I think hes done OK but many will shout that down and only see the negative things he has done.
I think hes done OK, the biggest mistake for me was giving Williams the job when he didn't really want it, he wasn't ready for it and was very unsuccessful in the role. The rest of his appointments made sense on paper. And lets face it, hes not here to make shitloads of money from us, nobody could do that!
I understand the appointment as Luke was touted as an amazing coach. He should of fucked him off down the road a lot quicker than he did |

Luke was worth a punt, all appointments come with risk.
The main problem was not fixing what was obviously broken, although I think he was let down by tactics Tim as well.

Colchester hit us on the break but his finish is well wide from the angle, Town attacking well and Colchester hitting us back with pace.

Superb break and run by Woolery puts in a great cross awful header by Dunne well over the bar, good run by him to get there but poor finish.
