Went to my girlfriend's Christmas Do, but not my teams one.. mainly because they were on the same night and hers seemed much more interesting.

That, and my team confirmed dates and location after we'd already booked our hotel room.

Both working for the Ambulance Service (NHS) we had to pay for everything ourselves. Problem was, I drank like it was a free bar..

I'm pretty sure that those who work for Royal Mail are treated better than those who work for the Post Office, having worked for the latter.

They are, was working for Royal Mail when they separated.
Our whole warehouse was tuped over to Post office. ( We were originally Parcelforce before being given to RM )

Lost our xmas stamps, gym , chiropodist and shares instantly plus front line fix and a few other benefits along the way.
