In fairness to Power, it would make sense to install someone who knows the non league circuit as avoiding a further York style slide will be critical.

My money would be on Dave Hockaday.
Nah it will defo be Alan McLoughlin, already at the club and doesn't want the managers job. Perfect choice for a continued and planned decline. The thing is how far will we fall before the owner decides to bail out?

My money would be on Dave Hockaday.

When you see how badly Chesterfield are struggling,  when you get on a slide it can be very difficult to apply the breaks. I thought Flitcroft had halted the slide, but Power has now got us back to the Italian Job coach perilously hanging over the edge.
