When you are in a period of historic shitness, such things should not be taken for granted. Avoiding an upset should be considered a success....a replay would also bring in a few quid so that wouldn’t be disastrous.

A replay would only make money if a TV company wished to see us humiliated... I'm not sure if we're in that sort of territory, any longer. Losing at Tooting and Mitcham was shown on Sportsnight with Coleman.... losing v plucky Div 4 side Oxford, got in the BBC's revenge for the stoning of the com box containing Hansen and Des Lynham.  We then had efforts v Crawley and Eastleigh... but no, there was still sufficient pride to wait for the replay to lose.

Doubt TV decision makers would consider York winning as an upset

You made the same spelling mistake on your twitter post as well. That's what happens when you copy and past because you're too lazy to type  Wink

We did edge Woking 1-0 in 09/10.... 4 failures since.

The failures have all been versus Conference teams.

Hence I stated that our record versus Conference teams is rank.

Threshing eh? Bit late getting your corn crop in, might be a bit soggy.

common sense would suggest that the decision on which replays to televise would depend on what other fixtures there are to choose from
