Not listened to the Mooney podcast yet.
Considering the time period I have no doubt the club let him down, so can forgive him for leaving...
....absolutely no excuse for dropping down a division to join them lot.

Think like many people who've gone down there, he was sold a yarn about 'ambition' and thought it'd be a temporary drop before a promotion...

A complete move of convenience. Not that it's acceptable from our side of things. Had he joined Wycombe as initially planned (and not been sold that yarn) then he's swiftly forgiven, remembered fondly for a great season and we deride those at boardroom level for his exit. As per.

It was a great listen, and I loved that his parents still had a gripe about Middlesborough coming in for him donkey years after not getting his YTS!  Cheesy

Finished off listening to the Tommy Mooney pod on my run this morning, great listen as always and he came across really well:

"I spoke to one of the directors and they just told me bare-faced lies"

Yeah, we know Tommy. They did that a lot

I love the various pictures of Andy King you get through a lot of them, Mooney really summed it up with him knowing it was his chance at Brighton. Sort of a sad story, but he gave us some fun times in difficult circumstances.

I really hope it goes down well because he's already agreed to come back on for a Q&A episode!

I'm a bit behind and just finished the Eric Sabin and JSW pods.

Both a good listen Rich. I liked the Eric one specifically, has a good grasp of English and came across well. We got to hear a bit about relegating Oxford to non-league which always remains pleasant Smiley

Worst one yet!*

My favourite was quite possibly the Mooney one, although that could be because it's quite fresh in my mind. If he'd ahev sung some anti-Oxford songs, I'd have forgiven him.

*I haven't even listened to this one yet, thought I'd be a bit contrarian after all the positive comments Smiley I've listened to most apart from a couple of the new ones, and a couple at the start before the sound got sorted. Really appreciate all the effort you must have to put in.
