Recording Q&A with Mr. Morshead on Monday.

If you have any questions or want him to retell any anecdotes, DM away!

I’ll make sure Troy Archibald-Henville related stuff is asked...

Sam: Which do you think is going to prove harder to deliver. May finding a palatable Brexit in March, or Wellens finding  a goalscorer in January?

(In all seriousness just interested your view on the difficulty of 'all can be fixed in the January window' )

With regards to Ferry would be interested to know

Whether he realises he’s one of (if not the only player) to ‘win’ Di Canio over after being out of favour & why he think he managed it / was afforded the opportunity to do so when many others weren’t

Also, if he knows the whole story behind the Di Canio / Paul Caddis falling out.

For Sam:
Were there any other potential consortiums that came close to usurping Jed & Co to purchasing the club in 2013?
What was it like working the Fredi saga?
What's his thought's on Clem's involvement?
Does he feel that Power is currently working an exit strategy or does he feel he is here for the foreseeable future?

For Sam. On the subject of interested buyers at the time does he know who the prospective buyer who passed away was?

loosely related, it seems that Power has been reluctant to involve "STFC-focussed" outsiders such as the Trust and also the Eady estate.  I'd be interested to hear anything Sam picked about any attempts of those two to get involved with Power.

Just listening to the Joe Butler one which is very interesting. Led to a bit of a trawl on Wiki which suggests that the 1969 manager Danny Williams is still alive, is this correct?

He certainly is, I heard that he is in an old peoples home in the Newmarket area.

In 1978, as a young teenager, I attended an open day at the CG but was feeling unwell and fainted during the ground tour, Danny Williams and Kevin Morris both took me into the medical room and led me on the physio table and Williams gave me polo mints while singing "rolling, rolling, rolling, keep them doggies rolling...rawhide" all the time I was in there, John Trollope was also there with us.

Just out of interest, Rich, on the Soundcloud site there is a photo of Swindon fans. Do you know which game this was at? I only ask because I'm sure my son is in the photo, just about, at the bottom left. As we only go to games at Christmas these days it must be one of those....
