Listened to Morshead one today.

Take back what I said about him, came across very well and doesn’t hold as much of a grudge as I thought

Totally agree. Made my journey to work fly by!

I didn't expect Morshead to have such a potty mouth.

Just listened to Morshead, really good episode (for sound quality & content). Interested to hear him be almost, almost complementary about Jed.

But yes, Morshead II needs to include the Troy Archibald-Henville beef(burger).

Journalist in liking simple publicity seeker who provides copy on a plate whilst disliking person who doesn't spoon feed stories shocker....  Wink

Sam will be back on in December probably.

Lots of demand for him.

I sort of feel for the next guest as Sam was always going to be a big number on the listener front and it is a tough follow-up... but he's got a really interesting background away from football (I think anyway) and certainly won't go down as a cheerleader for Swindon Town Football Club. We spend most of the Swindon talk discussing the managers he served under.

The dudline day segment was brilliant with Sam. I felt like the Mark Cooper/Luke Williams era was covered quite quickly though, so would like to hear more on that period of time.

The Jamie Pitman one was also very good, I totally forgot about him being sat in the dug out during the Ward/Miller games.

Didn’t have time to cover Ling and Williams.... or his stint at Total. Lots to cover in the second sitting (including Cooper).

Jamie Pitman took part with 24 hours notice so will always be a titan of industry in my mind. It was a bit of a mad scramble to prep though.

Hoping to get a few pre-90’s on board.

Jesus Christ, Rich. Where did you find him? I’m expecting Milan Misun next.

I reckon that's what happened to Milan, Rich kidnapped him and has kept him in his basement until he had the podcast set up

I’d like to distance myself from any involvement in to the disappearance of Milan Misun.

I'm obviously in the minority because I thought he still came across as a bitter, jilted ex (especially with regards to Power), who doesn't like it when he gets a bit of criticism, (the whining little cunt... Wink).

Really enjoyed that Rich, McAreavy was really interesting. Clearly it wasn’t one of our more memorable periods and it sounds like the problems at the club really affected his career. And a really bad way his Town career ended to boot.

Interesting that Matt Heywood liked Kingy but McAreavy didn’t. Just shows as a football manager how tough it is to get a large group of individuals to mound as a team.

Keep up the good work Rich. Is that your daughter right at the end of the Podcasts?
