Not going to get a chance to listen for a few weeks, how did he reply to the question regarding being a bitter jilted ex-girlfriend?

Not got to that bit yet.

Tansmedia got a Pullen namecheck, but most interesting was SM's view of Jed. I'm not going to spoil it (much), but its not what I expected,

I’m not sure I pose it as a question, more of an example, but it’s in there.

Another great episode! Definitely prefer the longer episode rather than split into parts.

Morshead came across really well and fair play to him for revealing all of the stories.

Keep up the good work Rich!

I enjoyed that Rich.
As above, thought Sam came across well and I’m one of his biggest critics with regards to how he is on social media. So fair play to him for doing it.

It works better for me too to be honest.

Thanks for the kind messages. Another recording tonight with someone who played 25-30 times for Swindon - that'll go out next week.

My agreed guest for next week (released w/c October 15) will be, as it stands, a firm fan favourite of yesteryear. 120+ games.

I absolutely love the podcast and it brilliant work! I have one question, is there any significance to the horn / klaxon thing at the beginning?

that's the old railway works hooter. it was used to let workers know the shift was starting/has started (so you better be in or lose out on some money)

on a similar note, I've never heard the 'grand old team' song sung in the county ground. And was initially slightly confused by the Newcastle lyric..

then I realised, is it a recording of you and a few others out on the piss while living in Geordieland rich?

Just out of interest Rich, how many downloads are you getting for each episode on average?

Soundcloud has me close to 8,000 listens across the episodes since I started.

Yep it’s an excited John Gorman on lead vocals.
