They did.....I just checked.
Looking at Robinson's comments he's not going to be offered a new contract either.

For me I think Obika is, as we are well aware one of those players who does enough to impress and earn a contract and then gets a mysterious long term injury or a very long recovery from a hamstring or groin strain. When this type of player then suffers a real injury everyone just feels it's same old. Aka, Peter and the Wolf.

There's a great piece in the 1993 That's Football documentary between Kevin Morris and Chalky White about injured players.

Morris says when players aren't in the team they suddenly appear in the treatment room. Chalky says if you're in the team and it's doing well then you play through every injury you can to not loose your place.
