All this chit chat of getting England the best QF possible ..... IMO if they draw Columbia in round 2 there wont be a QF for England!

VAR has properly stopped a howler there. Which is a shame as I need both teams to score...

Maybe, but to be fair Colombia haven’t played anyone decent yet.

Poland should be the strongest team in that group but were woeful.

Senegal are ranked lower than Tunisia & Japan are ranked lower than Panama..

When the draw was made most people thought these were two of the weakest groups (aside from Belgium)

We, the English, spend more time mapping our path to glory than the national team spend in the competition itself. It's a proud tradition.

We'll show 'em. One day.

Done nothing at all have they, look very susceptible to pace.  If we're worried about them then the debate about finishing 1st or 2nd looks farcical.

All this chit chat of Columbia ripping England apart

a) bollocks will they.
b) might not even face them anyway.
c) they aren't out of the group stages yet  Grin

Senegal never looked like scoring and could now pay the price and go on yellow cards ....

Getting Japan rather than Columbia has to be the way forward.

***COLOMBIA***

Winning the group should always be the aim.
