Uruguay have a superb defensive record so with that and Salah being on the bench I’m on Uruguay to win to nil. I’ve doubled that up with a Morocco win.

On a side note, working from home is awesome for next couple of weeks

England to make it out of the group.
Beat Poland in last 16
Beat the Germans on penalties (Yeah, I know right?!) in the quarter-finals
Beat Argentina in the semi-final

England vs Brazil final (50/1 odds)

Vardy last minute winner, England win 1-0.

Fuck yeah!

Suarez is not looking very sharp. However his teeth have been ground to a razor sharp edge with a dental laser cutter. Word has it that although the Egypt team are predominantly Muslim they’re all wearing crucifixes and have eaten a pallet load of garlic to neutralise the threat from Suarez.

Ex BPV and Spireites now Wigan, Sam Morsy comes on for Egypt. Born in Wolverhampton.   Sam had a played 3 lost 3 record, v TOwn for Spireites.

Worst commentator ever. I can't watch a game with him commentating.

There seems to be a lot of indeterminate, slightly annoying background noise going on in the Iran v Morocco game (apart from the commentary). Has the wonderful vuvuzela made a welcome come back? I do hope so as they really add to the atmosphere and are not in the slightest bit annoying.

I remember Channel 5 having an England qualifying game (Poland Away?) with him commentating.

In the end I watched the TV on mute & listened to the Radio, the problem with the radio was that it was a few seconds ahead.

He's a useless commentator, not helped by being a shitheads fan

To be fair you may not be used to it, as a Swindon fan you are probably used to being sat among supporters just calling all their players a useless wanker!

Hopefully they are giving these out to the few that do not own their own:

This could well become the World Cup of set piece goals. Been one in every match so far hasn't there?

Well the last couple of games have been a bit disappointing but hopefully Spain v Portugal will live up to the hype.

Pepe and Ramos bookings as well as Isco and Ronaldo goals is my inkling.
