In the cmd scree, where you have just been type in 'ipconfig /flushdns'

This may help.

Well, its ruled out a DNS issue. Its resolving to the same address.

If rebooting hasn't worked/hasn't changed your IP I'm out of easy to try ideas really. Sorry.

Split topic to as this one is growing.

I reckon the website has blocked your IP address. Connect on your mobile data and PM an administrator. Tell them your IP address and ask them to check:

Good plan, done. I'll let you know (or not if you aren't interested!)

Thanks to everyone for taking their time out of their busy schedules to assist!

The other (rather long winded) way to fix it is to turn your router off for a week and then you should get a new IP address when you turn it back on.

Virgin Media are renowned for their sticky IP addresses, unless a new customer is allocated your old IP when your router has been off for some time then it's unlikely to change.

You could try downloading Opera and using the built in VPN option and see if that produces a workaround for the time being.

So the admin on the site says there is no issue with my IP.

Not sure this is any help but I get this error message when I click on details -

There was a temporary DNS error. Try refreshing the page.
Error Code: INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND

Try a different browser. There might have been changes on the website, and one of them may not have been catered for. So if you usually use Chrome, try Firefox etc.
