The Caraboa 1st round draw will be split into north and south and the draw will take place in vietnam (I think)
The reason for doing away with extra time, replays and straight to penalties was so that these poor clubs but not have to play so many games - but a lot of the so called bigger clubs aren't interested in this competition until it get's to the semi final anyway so why pander to what they want, surely it hurts the smaller clubs.
The bigger clubs should be forced to play their 1st team if the smaller clubs have to do in in the mickey LDV mouse cup.

They should do separate draws in North and South Vietnam, complete with VietCong outfits (for the North). That would give the whole proceedings the real sense of gravitas the League are clearly looking for |
