So what you cunts upto tonight? Anything fun?

Ain’t question of sport shit. Those fucking team captains are fucking annoying.

I gave up on Question of Sport prob arouind the time of Willie Carson.  Little did I know I'd have to put up with him at STFC  Sad

I shall be out and about tonight, sometimes the best fun happens when you least expect it...

Sorrento is somewhere is where I have always wanted to go. Think Ryanair or easyJet fly there?

I think they all fly into Naples, and then it’s about an hour half on coach, probably quicker in a taxi. We booked a package through Thomas cook which included it all for £600 pp for a week, all incl.

Nothing miserable about gaming. I'm currently hard at work dominating the galaxy.

I've fucked up my back running. I ran to see if my knee was still fucked.
it is. it took me 5 minutes to slide out the bed this morning.

I'm now stuck in my chair and the remote is on the other side of the room. I've had to sit through Britain's got talent and now Corrie. I'm going to have to brave it and rise.

yeah, Friday night baby.

Don't you think that perhaps, maybe, running just isn't for you?

I came to the same conclusion a few months ago after too many tweaks and aches, I'm sure I would have really hurt myself by now had I continued. Doesn't mean you can't still get a cardio fix, but maybe something else? Personally, I'm thinking of boxing/muaythai.

Fitness training at the Swindome with Jerel Ifil. That was hard work! Now having a glass of wine and watching a documentary about Maradona.
