Sometimes at a game I just sit there and shake my head at some of the stupid comments from our fans, yesterday was another of those.

My particular favourite was someone claiming Norris was lazy, after he had just run 30/40 yards to close their keeper down to rush him into a poor clearance that he then kicked into touch effectively winning us back possession.

This was just another example, when it was clearly Banks that mis controlled the ball.

Some players are just on the hit list of some of our special fans, and it doesn't matter what they do (or in some cases don't even do), they will get abuse for ite
Thanks,  thought it was just me,  was 100% certain it was Banks, but everyone kept blaming Dunne.

Has Phil Brown invited Vigs back for training at the club?
Apparently he has and this also looks like a thinly veiled ig at Flitcroft in the process.

No great surprise there, becoming more apparent by the day what a cunt Flitcroft is.

To me it looks like Power sticking his nose in.... PB has just been sacked from a Div 3 club where the Board took the unusual step of citing lack of discipline within the squad as the reason.  OK that might have all been down to Ranger, but Phil does come over as being a nice guy, qualities not necessarily needed in managing today's young players.

The "It isn't my business at the moment" stands out as slightly odd to me?

LV can't be recalled so not much Brown can do.

Maybe Brown asked and Power is trying to sort something out.

Well that was my assumption too but then why bother asking him to train with us? It's not as if he's just down the road in London atm, assume he's actually based in Ireland isn't he? Unless he's based over here and only flies over to Ireland for matches?

Maybe Waterford have a two week break, maybe Brown wasn't fully aware of the loan deal. Who knows, just stop reading twitter.

just good etiquette to meet a contracted Swindon player, let him know things have changed and he's wanted. Brown may still be here next year, after all.

I hope so. I think if Brown is given a fair budget he should be able to build a squad capable of promotion. If he stays, I guess he thinks the budget will be fair.

Yeah, I now read this as PB wants to take a look at one of his contracted players. See if all the "talk" about him is true, his attitude, etc. Now if PB was definitely going to leave Town at season's end he wouldn't bothered asking a player/asset back to train that he can't currently use. That would just be frustrating. However if LV impresses PB in training (yes he's on loan but he's a Town player so can train with us if he likes, nothing in the rules for that. He just can't play any official role in the Town squad) then  PB could have one eye on the squad he wants to start building for next season.

Regardless if he stays or not, it's in his best interests to get the best out of the squad he currently has as that will attract interest to him as a potential candidate at another club.

My gut feeling is that I want him to stay.
