are they also moving the family area to the DRS?

if so, anyone know which block?

Yes, according to Page 14 of this (found on the OS) but it doesn't say which block:

Thanks PF. They'd surely have informed us of it being in the block I sit in by now....

Maybe.

The shop/ticket office seem to be dealing with my issue via email, so that's good.

Danny (ticketing manager) seem well on the case and I'm sorted. Credit there.

Just a bit of information that may be of use, re 'in my friends network, can't buy their ST but have bought them tickets in the past' scenario.

Its GDPR related . If you haven't already, log in and :
select 'my network' under the account dropdown
    select (or add) friend, "edit"
select the "manage tickets" radio button and "send request"

The friend has to log in and "accept request" in the same section. They will be emailed to do so.

And after that, it all works fine (for me!)

Oh, and the family area will be DRS blocks D1 and D2 near where the Junior Red room is. Makes sense.

How long does the email from Zebra finance typically take to come if you buy an ST on finance?

Should get one almost instantly which you sign electronically. Then within 30 minutes a contract.

Got mine straight away. Dumb question, you've checked your spam folder?

Season ticket bought for me, and 2 Junior Red memberships for my boys. Cheesy

you should email the club to explain your issue and that you need them to resend or forward the mail.

End it with GET IT FORWARD!!

Sorry, that should say I've emailed STFC who have said they will ask Zebra to re-send it. I've not got nothing from Zebra yet.

Sounds like the blocks I'm in, it would be nice of the club to inform me they are now making it the family area though

Lots of young bladders at full capacity. Make way, coming through.  Smiley

Phase 2 means Phase 2 - reminder that there's 3 days left to renew/get season tickets at Phase 2 prices before they go to standard "quite expensive" pricing. Although I guess we could see if the club will allow an extension of the deadline if we threaten to hold a series of indicative polls on whether or not they should offer free unicorns with every season ticket Smiley
