I agree, a couple of goals defeat despite our current run of form.

2-1 defeat. All goals from set pieces. At least one red card also.

Apparently Lincoln are expecting 9,000+ attendance today we have sold 460 as of yesterday.

Tough, tough game. Biggest test since Luton away on paper, when you take into consideration the crowd and the pressure starting to crank. Could be a really good indicator of where this team is going over the next 16 or so games.

Would take a point, and would do the same on Tuesday, but expect one win and one defeat in no particular order.

Obviously we've got a tough run but it seems everyone up there is playing each other in the next few weeks. End of Feb, we'll really start to see the top 5-6 take place, challenging for 2nd and 3rd.

Big home support, TimmyE v Frecklington and Preston v Rhead will be interesting, 2-2 draw.

9000+? Are they offering cheap tickets or is it because we're in town?

They sold 5,100 season tickets by the start of the season, thats some achievement as they have never really been that well supported in the past.

Home to Lincoln in 1979 was one of my favourite games ever when we beat them 6-0, they had a huge goalkeeper called Peter Grotier who had a porn moustache and was pretty uselss despite playing for West Ham previously.

It was a day with torrential rain and puddles all over the pitch and we had 3 shots that were crossing the line but stopped in the puddle in the 6 yard box, should have been 9-0.

Probably a good place to get a rare draw. They seem to have a decent squad for this level and see them challenging come May.

1-1.

I think it's too much to hope for game to be as exciting as the last time we played them at Sincil Bank (donning orange caps - those were the days!!).
I would be delighted with a point as I would have to go into hiding if they did the double over us.

Think we will lose 3-1.

I'm going out on the lash, so it's a nailed on win.

Thanks Flash, that's good of you, putting the Town before your liver.

Hopefully PV will have time to do his commentary. Much appreciated from another who can't get it on the radio. I can't see past a loss today though unfortunately. Hoping to be very surprised!

Hopefully we can win two out of the next four.  Win today would be a great start.  I think we need to score first.

2-1  Norris and Taylor.  Woolery subbed in the 3rd minute for not warming up properly.
