Strangely enjoyable game today...last gasp equaliser aside I thought we showed spirit & unity that has been missing for some time, everyone worked for each other. Lincoln are a horrible with Matt Rhead lead thug, epitomised by their failure to return the drop ball and almost getting through!

Utter howler by RCC imo, judging by the way the rest of the team berated him & I didn't see a foul (could be wrong?).

Felt a bit sorry for Norris who had a great start to the game & thought Richards & Banks candidates for MoM.

Good point, but feels like a defeat.

Leaving aside the sickening late equaliser, that's a decent point away from home and think anyone of us would have taken that at 2.30. And sounds like the new CB had a decent debut, esp as it was a bit chucked in at the deep end. So that makes 3 good Jan signings, all along the spine of the team. I'm happy Smiley

Agree Sleaford it does feel like a defeat... However if (?) we end up in the play offs with Lincoln we have nothing to worry about. Our 10 men were immense today.

I see Notts County had over 17,200 giving away tickets for £2 today.
How does that work then ?

Just seen the goals on Football on Five.  What on earth is that warning siren that was going off when they equalised?  Also RCC seemed to be really shouting at Robertson (?) straight after the goal.  He did look to be bundled, but should have done better.

it's an air raid siren. they did it for every corner.

It's a nod to the dambusters squadron being formed up the road at raf Scampton.

it's also highly fucking annoying

Got the look of a promotion side, I reckon. Fair fucks to Flitcroft, Banks was a grand signing.

Looks like RCC just dropped the ball into the net, the plum.

Now, who’s off to Wycombe?

The skill from Elsnik in the build up to the first goal. Insane.

Great collective effort yesterday, from the team and travelling support.
After having defended so well, that was a very disappointing goal to give away.
RCC is a decent enough keeper but just one or two little doubts starting to form.

Oldham must have a good midfield, despite the shit they are in, for Banks not to be playing.
Looks more than capable of playing at L1 level. Must be worth a punt in the summer.

Impressive debut from Rollin.
A future trivia question re having players with connections to both Congos in the same squad.

The home support generate a great atmosphere and the drum fits in quite well.
Their drummer is no Gene Krupa but there are plenty of much more annoying ones around.
Didn't mind the siren, much better than dishing out those clapping aid things or whatever they are.

Noticed a lady in the away end who looks very much like Theresa May, which might explain why our League2 Exit process hasn't been an overly smooth one so far.

Weather forecast doesn't look promising for Tuesday.
Thermals on standby, but if they do call it off, then do it early.

Why don't you knock it off with them negative waves? Why don't you dig how beautiful it is out here? Why don't you say something righteous and hopeful for a change?
