King George is fine for away fans, it's also the nearest pub so meet there? What time is everyone getting there?

Depends, some pubs open as early as about 7 in the morning, though they are usually on market squares so that the traders can go in for a pint on their 'lunch' break.

The Weatherspoons I used to work at in MK opened at ten, but I suspect the opening hours of said pub will be 11 o' Clock through to 11 o' Clock.

I'll be there Magic, don't think I'll be sporting the tash though, I'm out in London tonight - don't think it's the right tone.  I'll sort one out for a game soon though - maybe Franchise in MK.

Will be good to meet you too, especially if we find somewhere to watch the game.

King George V it is then.

taken from football ground guides

Where To Drink & Eat?
The King George V in Wallowes Lane is okay. It is about a ten minute walk away, opposite the Morrisons Supermarket. If you are walking from the stadium, go out of the official car parks and down towards McDonalds. Go past McDonalds on your right and take a left hand turn into Wallowes Lane. At the end of the lane turn left onto the main road and the pub is just setback on the left. Away fans though should avoid the Fulbrook pub near to the ground.

walsall is a total shithole, known as the birth place of noddy holder, the west midlands town with the most underage prostitutes, and home to one of the kings of the gyppos who once thretened me with death.

i will be heading into brum for the wales game.
