As the title says - as the season starts today how well do you think we will do?

I think we'll be somewhat boring, workman like and hard to break down. A good backbone.

We'll go up...

3rd for me. We'll need a while to gel (and for some meltdowns to happen) before we finally settle and start winning more than we lose.

A few things I don't know affect me making an informed prediction.

The players
The management team
The league
The finances
Every other teams players / management team / finances.

Given that I reckon 1st.

Won't be easy but I think 3rd is attainable.

If we are in a reasonable position by mid September when (hopefully) the team has had a chance to gel and if we can avoid a severe run of injuries, anything is possible.
I'm quietly optimistic for the season, something I haven't been able to say since the days of the lunatic Italian.

I think we'll have a similar League Two campaign as 2006/07. Unflattering and boring but (hopefully) successful.

Somewhere between 1st and 24th.

I wonder what odds you could get on that.

Currently - squeaking into the top 7.

By the end of August I'm confident we'll be set to challenge the automatics. See Flitcroft has said they've been trying to get another striker in which is reassuring.
