Taking my missus to the original in Padstow in January for a dirty weekend. Mind you RS won't be cooking at either will he?
We went to the padstow one last year. Couldn't fault it.

We did exactly that for my wife's birthday.

I booked a room at the Castle and Ball on the high st.

It was good value for money, nice old fashioned place with a decent car park and nice view of the high st. Simple, clean and friendly.

I've always loved Marlborough and the surrounding downs.

Me and my mates used to drive out to the Green Dragon in the 80s/ 90s as it was fairly lively back then, and always full of good looking posh girls

Steins was great too!
Have a lovely time

Nice one. I looked at the castle and ball as an option. Thanks.

Excellent. Her 50th birthday. I was hoping to go somewhere abroad but she said no. Still we like Mr. Stein and his cooking progs, love fish too. So should be ok. Just need to find somewhere to stay in January.
