That was the best heavyweight fight I have ever seen by a country mile.

Awesome

This was the first boxing match I've properly watched from start to finish. I get the appeal now, but I also appreciate they won't all be like this...

Definitely not usually like last night when it comes to heavyweights. After the 6th round I was convinced AJ was going to lose it, didn't expect him to last past the 8th. Great fight.

That 5th and 6th round was a nutty 6 minutes, flipping from AJ has got this to AJ is fucked in seconds. Enjoyed it massively, fair play to Klitschko, well done to both!

I had Antony Joshua  in the 5th and boy was I off my seat as he dominated that round. He eased off with a minute left though and punched himself out. Klitschko (the Iron gent that he is) recovered somehow. Had Joshua landed one more on him he would've gone. Klitschko was unconscious but standing in the 5th. The bell could not come soon enough. Joshua was so punched out that he needed a breather in the 6th, somehow and from somewhere Klitschko found a bucket of energy and took Joshua to the ropes. Ankles buckling, half glazed expression, Joshua was done. He held on, Klitschko didn't have enough. Could Joshua last the bout of 12 though? Klitschko knew he could bide his time. 7, 8, 9 were recovery rounds, both boxers slowly regaining the intensity with which they started. Some excellent body exchanges as the ankles of both boxers strengthened. Joshua had to think he was running out of round time, surely he had to pounce in the 10th. Big round. Klitschko waiting, waiting for that killer blow. Joshua in straight away, like Klitschko in the 6th, early damage, startled by the recovery of Joshua. This is the round, go on Joshua rounds are running out. 10th ends, Joshua just edges the bout. However Klitschko, Joshua and the spectating world know that if Joshua boxes out again, it will be Klitschko's to win. Round 11, there is nothing more to say. Except. What. A. Bout. Respect.

Nice touch by Joshua though, his shorts and boots were clearly a notion towards the great Muhammad Ali.

My husband just got tricked into putting on a gay porn channel by someone on Facebook saying a certain channel number was showing the boxing!  Cheesy

I refuse to pay an extra £20 on the Sky bill when I know he'll fall asleep on the sofa in about ten minutes!

Haha, that is a mate of mine and he does that everytime there is a big fight on..  Your other half won't fall for it again Cheesy

£19.95 for an evenings boxing is much more value than £25 to watch STFC's non league players this season.

Wilder ain't much to shout about from what I've seen of him.

Get that fight setup and as long as AJ works on his fitness that could be a routine victory

Jayohaitchenn.
Are you for real?
I was making a point that having to pay to watch fights are worth it sometimes.
The subject was Joshua v Klitschko ,these are boxers if you are not aware. Doh

My son went to the fight, he said the atmosphere was incredible.

Unfortunately for him he decided to stay in London overnight & come to Charlton with me yesterday. If ever there was a case of "After the Lord Mayor's show", that was it
