Hopefully Paul Dacre will follow Nuttall, having failed to get the electorate to do what they're told

Yes one of the few good things amidst this mess is that people now seem to be voting based on what they believe rather than what they are being told to believe. It gives us the occasional Trump or Brexit but that's democracy.

I don't subscribe to this being seen as a mess... it's democracy at its finest.

You can fool some people some of the time, and some people all of the time but you can't fool all of the people all of the time.

The prospect of a BJ for the country moves that ever bit closer.

I don't recall voting for that, but who am I to say no?

Couple of years back, while my Bulgarian ladyfriend was living in Stoke...she informed me of a local custom by the women of the Potteries on the 14th of March.  BJ and steak night for their men folk. As one who liked to integrate she asked me if I was going to visit  Smiley

You seem to be making an assumption with Trump / Brexit which not everyone will agree with you.

I believe Ian Paisley is big in the DUP..... no not that one, his son.  Could be made Deputy PM or some such sinecure, he likes expenses.

Yes, on the radio this morning saying how he might be reluctantly dragged back in to "defend Brexit". He and Arron Banks (UKIP's major backer), along with the Brieitbart crew that got Trump in (and no Russian intelligence officers at all, honest), have been planning a hard-right populist UKIP 2.0 for months - think EDL in suits. It's planned launch was interrupted by the snap election, ironically

Just listened to the statement outside no 10.

The woman has no shame.
Even a tiny bit of humility might have been appreciated.

I'm sure this will go down well with the republic. Still its probably ok because they only target Catholics.
