You all have probably guessed im not that good with computers, every time I send an email my date is a month in front so my clients are getting emails today with the date 1st October 2005 on them.  I use outlook express, how do I fix this?

I guess your date is wrong on your PC - if you hover over the clock in the bottom right corner what date do you get? Double click the time to get in to change it.
