Too many of our players are happy to just take the wage without putting in the effort on the pitch, they want the plaudits but don't like the criticism.
We need a leader on and off the pitch, someone the players will respect and listen to, we need fitness, we need the players to put in some effort.
Not too much to ask is it?

People will berate the shite out of me but.....yes we spent money but we had the fittest and most passionate team when "you know who" was in charge. Also they were scared of him. I remember a quote (amongst many) of his. "You do not have to like me, but if you respect me, you can win with me..." These players (or most) have no respect for the management because the management is a bunch of pussys. |

No, I agree with that. The man was a bit of an idiot at times but as a man manager he did seem to get the best out of the players. |
