Charlton going big this window, Aiden McGeady from Sunderland, Matt Smith via us and apparently made a £500k bid for Charlie Kirk at Crewe.
I put a very small amount of money today on Charlton to win league 1 at 50/1. |

Seems quite a big price for an upwardly mobile side making some strong signings this window. No doubt they will under perform now but I think its worth a punt. |

Is well known to be money orientated and has a reputation of being difficult and a bad influence in the dressing room, which was behind his transfers away from Scunthorpe and Yeovil.
Gary Johnson was on the verge of sacking him when he left Yeovil due to his ongoing disruptive influence in the dressing room.
Fee rumoured to be well in excess of £100k.
