Will be 20 Years old in the coming year.

What a team.

Oops. I've accidentally played Culverhouse as a left back. Still..

Short-work of non-league nobodies Yeovil in a preseason friendly.

I downloaded CM01/02 recently. To play it you have to mount it on a virtual drive.
Won't let me save a game,  not  enough memory.
Rubbish!

The champman0102.co.uk forum is pretty good for trouble shooting those issues - whenever I decided re-install 0102 I somehow manage to stumble through fixing whatever problems occur (and they always do!)

CM9798 was the first Champ Man game I played but never completed a season on it as I only played it as my cousin's and he is an Oxford fan, think he kept deleting my save!

0102 was the first proper game and I've played every single iteration ever since

My first CM was a French, German and Italian leagues only version (95/96). It was purchased at Cyberdyne in The Shires, Trowbridge.

Played it religiously, probably beyond addiction, until going cold turkey in 2007. I quit because I'd never get stuff done otherwise. I used to take annual leave to just play that game... and I was only working part-time hours at Blockbuster.

That was an add on. I've still got 95 english and that version somewhere, my addiction goes back to the Spectrum management games  in the mid eighties which were the grand daddies.

Was actually football manager. I'll have to google the guys name but I'm sure the programmer died last year or the year before which makes me feel old. Ooh Kevin Toms. or Kevin Tomlinson maybe. I spent 1000's of hours on that...
