Neither really working because the squad isn't very good.

Fair point. We do need a new manager. We also need some new players. And a shift in philosophy between developing for a tomorrow that never comes to a today that needs results. The problems run deeper than a formation change. |

I think you're probably right. Not arguing against the fact we need a new manager.
He is managing a squad with some big deficiencies though.
