Having a load of Apple "upgrade" problems at the moment. One is that I just moved up to a 5S and whenever I go onto the TEF, it never retains my password, despite me ticking the "remain logged in" box, so I have to re-enter it every time. Any ideas how I can get it to stick?

Have you checked Autofill is on?

Settings > Safari > Autofill > Names and Passwords
Make sure that's green

Thanks. Now I'll be constantly logged in and will never have to see certain people's posts again. Hurrah!

Thx Ells. Yes, that's on, but the problem seems to persist. Can live with it if I have to.

What's really doing my head in is the stupid upgrade to the new Mac OS Sierra on the laptop. That's fucked loads of stuff. Don't know why general releases of new OS are so deeply flawed. Isn't that what the beta phase is supposed to catch?

Have you tried adding the password manually under "passwords"?

Have you tried turning it off and back on again?

Sounds like a cookie persistence issue to me. Sadly, I know shit all about iPhones so won't be much help. Look for an option that is clearing up temporary internet files/cookies automatically and disable it.
