So off we travel to sunny Peterborough.

They are nicknamed Posh as their owner really likes that song from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

The Tap and the Sam Smiths pub (Almshouse?) are well worth going to. Also a bit further out is the Palmerston Arms which does a good range of beer. Lord Palmerston was also Barney Gumble's favourite Prime Minister.

Live on Sky so I cant see us winning.

2-1 defeat with Norris grabbing his first for the club. Oh, and Moncur getting one for Posh.

Will take a draw
I would too.

Posh have only beaten us 3 times in the last 13 meetings.

We have won our last 2 visits there 2-1 and drew the previous one with Posh only beating us twice in the last 7 games played at the ABAX (London Road).

Pre match checking of ticket stub t&c's in The Drapers Arms.

Nice gothic cathedral.
Hereward the Wake should receive more recognition as a hero of the resistance against the proto frog invaders.

Trips here are normally eventful.
The crazy 5-4 and the 3-3 Nicky Hammond masterclass spring to mind.

Anyway, after the deluge, today's game will be abandoned due to a plague of locusts.

Hope our new Murray will be an improvement on the last one.

Just back from two weeks away.  Woke up this morning to find Autumn in the air and Town on TV in a few hours.  It's good to be back!  Smiley

I'd also take a draw, but remain optimistic for something more.

Bit early to feel optimistic about getting a result on our travels so best hope here has to be a draw - I am hoping that Power and Williams have assembled a squad of doing well in this division - not an easy task given the cash available. Give them a month to gel and we could see a play off place - but today its a draw at best 1-1

The barge is probably the best place to drink, Charters I think it's called. Good mix of home and away fans and a big sunny garden if the weather is nice.

Score draw today. 2-2. Norris and Murray.

 No idea today.

We've yet to really establish a settled side so far, but have managed a couple of wins at the CG and a draw on the road.

The loss of 3 to call ups, is something we didn't need while searching for stability. A goal from a striker would be something.

Feel confident about this game which never usually bodes well. 2-1 Town
