Cracking start to the day for Lee Power
Multitask wins the 3pm at Lingfield, nice price 9/2 too!

Let's hope Town follow it up later.

You mean like attacking AND defending in the same game? That's multitasking!

Just seen a clip of him talking about his horse and tonight's game. He's lost a bit of weight.

We're not really doing much of either recently!

I would prefer 0 - 2 abandoned in 59th minute(floodlight failure) now that would be amusing the Gas would feel doubly aggrieved especially when Power announces full price again Cheesy

Does anyone remember the Cambridge United call off a few years later - either late 1990s or early 2000s - that resulted in their fans going off at the deep end and hating us for ages?  (Until they dropped out of the League and then presumably forgot about it.)  What were the circumstances then?  I forget.

it looks like the rozzers are still going to erect the fence in the car park soapy tit wank according to pictures someone posted on FB, it will look a bit pathetic when 300 odd Brizzle pensioners and die hard shirt wearers are marched behind the Arkells with about 200 locals waiting to go into the Town End could be a serious flashpoint for the 200 coppers to control

Got it!  The blurb under the video explains it.  Knew I wasn't going mad.  It was at the time of the fuel strike in 2001.  Cambridge were riding high, and our game vs Cambridge was the only game called off nationally as a result of the strike.  They weren't happy...especially after we went & won the replay.
