Well reg ive lived in kent since 1986 and this will be the first gillingham swindon fixture ive missed since then.all those games have yielded 3 draws and several defeats.so me not being there will hopefully give us a rare victory

I like your thinking.....it's the best chance we have.

Difficult to predict anything apart from a defeat for this fixture as they have started well and have spent cash - oh dear 3-0

Pre match pondering of a 4-6-0 formation in The White Swan, Islington.

Gillingham doesn't have a JDW which just illustrates the uncivilized nature of the place.

Looking forward to a night out under the stars in the temporary stand which is now 13 years old.
I'm guessing that there aren't many permanent structures in Gillingham.

Need the spirit of 86/87 tonight.
Last win here Dec 86, when we played on both 26th & 27th.

Similar to the game last season, the team's chances appear to have been written off and there won't be a howling gale to even things up.

So I'm off to find some lucky heather.

A JDW is the mark of a civilised place

2-1 loss. If we don't get injured I'll be happy. Stick Jordan Stewart up front, what could be the harm? Who needs hold up play when he can literally run between people's legs?

Of course. Any place not having a pub where citizens can have a pint at 9 in the morning has to be considered as barbaric in its outlook.

Writing this one off as a comfortable defeat - that way anything else is a bonus!

Will take a point, as always for away games.

Would happily take a point of course, but I doubt very much whether we will get any.

3-1 defeat. Sendles-White with a late consolation.
