I'd imagine it was more a hope there would be, rather than a belief. |

unsurprisingly it's a tad dull. Goddard looks useful but we've not had enough sustained possession to really do much.
Swansea look the more likely, as they should.

Apart from the double save by the Swans keeper we've been second best. Nathan Thompson our best player. Goddard couldn't do anything right but grew into things towards the end of the first half.
