Has anyone heard how Brexit will change football in anyway i.e. The Bosman ruling.
The only thing which is clear is that the Brexiteers have no idea what is going to happen....and football will be a long way towrds the back of the queue, when decisions are taken.
However on your specific point, the Bosman ruling was undertaken by The European Court of Justice (ECJ), not to confused with the European Court of Human Rights, (ECHR)
Technically, the ECJ is the court of the EU, so if we Brexit the EU we Brexit the ECJ, however the semi EU states like Norway, Switzerland etc, have an equivalent EFTA Court which pretty much follows the ECJ.....so without actually knowing I'd imagine Bosman applies to them. *
As I've mentioned before what Brexit should mean, is that French journeymen will no longer be required. Whereras top grade players who satisfy established criteria will still be able to come.
