I've seen a few people suggest that he's not a particularly personable chap, not that that necessarily makes any difference to his coaching abilities of course. He appeared to be popular with the players.

Not heard anyone say that personally, the opposite in fact from fans who speak to him at games and who got him to get them some signed gloves and bits and pieces for their kids or charities. I also know one of the parents of a goalie he coaches and he sang his praises so im surprised by what you both say. I can only treat as I find or from what I see I suppose.

When you consider the average league 1 managers wage is £70k - £75k i think it's reasonable isn't it?

What's Jakob Jesionkowski up to? 
Moved back to Poland after we released him, last time i spoke to him he wasn't having much luck finding a profesional club.
