Don't know what you are complaining about its got a lovely mid 90's sportswear look about it!
This is a shirt that was made for wearing while listening to Cliff Richard's "Wired for Sound" on a Walkman.

I have never particularly found PUMA wear particularly high quality either. I preferred the look and feel of Adidas sportswear.
