It's hardly massive news or a massive problem is it? I'd imagine a fair number of mid-size business found themselves in similar situations (in fact my company still hasn't put enrolment in place!).

And only yesterday they announced a renewed deal with a financial planning firm... From personal experience I can tell you The Pensions Regulator are taking non-compliance very seriously. Maybe I should get in touch and see if they need some advice. I'd imagine a fair number of mid-size business found themselves in similar situations (in fact my company still hasn't put enrolment in place!). Most businesses are complying. But when it's going to add 5%+ to their staff costs, there are also a lot of companies that are just ignoring it, sticking their head in the sand and hoping it just goes away. This would've been known about at least 12 months in advance though, so should've been budgeted for. |

I assume that there are these fines flying all over the place at the moment as speaking to our accountant the other week the majority of his clients haven't got this sorted properly yet?
Would have been fine if Power wasn't pocketing all the money!
