The fact is that he was made unavailable by the club which was basically a suspension whilst they investigated the issue. All the articles I can find on this story state that he was SUSPENDED during the investigation. These include articles after it was lifted. |

AFAIK, Nitrous Oxide is neither illegal nor harmful is it?
Isn't this just a massive storm in a teacup, largely contrived by the media calling Nitrous Oxide "hippie crack" to make it sound scarier than it really is? i.e. if they ran stories saying "Player X was caught taking laughing gas" the average reaction would just be a shrug of the shoulders, whereas by "rebranding" it they make it sound like some really dangerous drug and so can manufacture a scandal where there really isn't any issue, is there?
Thought the same when the media tried to whip up a scandal around Agbonlahor as well tbh, not just because it's our players involved.
