In comparison to other sentences for other crimes this seems utterly ridiculous. If he wasn't a footballer would this have been the same?
Didn't a local woman recently get away with having sexual activity with an 12(?) year old boy? |

If you think the sentencing guidelines for paedophilia are too harsh, then that's an opinion you're entitled to, but Johnson hasn't been dealt with more harshly than you or I in the same situation.
Indeed that Jeremy Forrest chap, who eloped with from a school with a 15 year old, a few years ago got 5 1/2 years. |

Obviously each case is different and in 99% of cases I would hope they had their dicks chopped off or put down. My opinion on this case is that 6 years is too much. Iv seen countless stories in the news where people have done a lot worse with kids and received less. |

Salacious bollocks innit? Who cares if he's got an STD or if he's cheated. If anything those things go against the idea that he's a paedophile. Still, as chubbs said, at least some people have a new website to look at tonight. The NSPCC letter has really annoyed me, not just because I dislike the NSPCC generally, but it really is nonsense. They seem to be equating the fact that he was allowed to continue work (before the trial! I.e. Innocent) as brushing child cruelty under the carpet. Fuck them. |
