Many years ago when we were in the "4th" and the Stratton bank was terracing, Port Vale fans kicked open the gate in the fence and charged in. After a bit of minor resistance from Swindon fans (the "lads" were mainly in the TE and the SR at the time), things fizzled out, and we got talking to them.

Four coaches were free to supporters, paid for by the local NF.
So, although it's about 30 years ago, these things do have a habit of lingering, so I'm not altogether surprised.
