He's way out of his depth. Looking at that pic no wonder he is unable to motivate his players.

For the record, I want MC to stay.  I think he could come good in the end.  But he needs to demonstrate his Plan B, C, D & E now.  That's his job.  More of the same, however depressing the injury situation, is not good enough and not what he's being paid for.

I genuinely think any manager would struggle to get anything from Millwall away with the starting XI Cooper has at his disposal at the moment - too many inexperienced and unproven youngsters.  Whether or not we think Cooper is the right manager, I just don't see anyone else being able to put points on the board until we get some of our quality players back on the pitch.

As fans, we often bitch about a lack of loyalty shown by footballers and football managers.  What about us showing some loyalty to Cooper now when he needs us most?

Views change with the reality of games. I never thought we could be this shit, embarrassingly, game after game, real proper shit.

Agreed, just wish this nightmare would end!

I was expecting win, lose, draw, repeat...giving us a mid table finish. Million miles away from that at the minute.

Yes we are missing lots of players etc but you can't give up till they are back. Find a way of winning! At the moment we are getting worse every week. Look at the match stats today, zero shots/corners! you have to find a way to do something, to show some fight. He's got the next 2 home games in my book to show improvement and pick up at least 4 points, if not get him out.

Not sure many were saying this when we were 1 game from promotion.  I understand the frustration with performances and results but, surely, he deserves the chance to get things right when, say, 6 of the 11 injured are back on the pitch?

Snapchatting Power, playing Snake, maybe texting abramovich about the Chelsea job?

joking aside
 - our training could be fine, it could be down to bad luck. unless someone knows something specifically wing with it.
 - any L1 team would struggle with 11 out
 - our squad doesn't have enough quality, even if the first 11 do
 - I'd at least expect to see some passion and effort from whoever plays. these players are 'turtling'
 - I feel sorry for cooper, but the buck always stops at the managers head. I joked about him being on jobsite.com, but being on the phone could be anything.
 - do we do any defensive training at all? el-abd and Branco are experienced enough, so that's not a factor
