He did say he had plans for a development on the rest, never mentioned what but fancy he may struggle with pp on that, took Dougie Grant years to get a golf course there - and he started that without pp as he was refused on several occasions! Guess that is what the chairman is thinking of, getting permissions in place and selling the rest off and makes his money that way. |
