Just to lighten the mood, who else was there to watch Steve Robinson's double against 9 man Oxford in 2001?  We bade the Manor Ground a fond farewell that day.

Oxford 0-2 STFC

Happy days.  Was this really the last time we beat them?  The 4-1 wins are becoming a distant memory now.

Yep was there

Has this been done? I can't find it...

2-1 Swindon, Ajose & the new lad...

A red card for each team..

For someone to get sent off won't the players at least have to play like they give a shit - cannot see it happening.

We are going to lose!

We will have a player get sent off, just our luck, with the injuries we have etc..

The best for me was 1990 when we were 2 down after 10 mins and still stuffed them 4-2 at their poxy little ground.

If we don't win tonight, my wallet will be a lot lighter with colleagues from work.

The cunts better win tonight.

Yep, I was there, but also at 5-2 (in their end) and 5-0 home wins.

Please play Obika as centre forward with Ajose alongside him as 2nd striker. He is completely wasted playing wide and Ajose only seems to offer anything much alongside bigger guy up front. Ojaama has yet to convince me of his worth but if he plays it needs to be  picking up ball in midfield or wide right and running at people. Brophy can offer us some width on the left. So need Turnbull and Branco to man up at the back and Traore/Bangoura/Rodgers to scuttle around in the middle and try and hit passes forwards every now and again rather than constantly sideways or back to Vigs. Who does that leave? Belford, Boo Randall, Marshall and Tom Smith on the bench? Cupboard not quite as bare as at Newport but with Oxford in decent form its going to be interesting to see who is up for the battle

I fear another lacklustre performance and mounting pressure on Cooper.

He's always come across as a fairly calm and level headed guy, although some may see that as lacking passion or emotion.

There's no doubting the Thompson's will be up for this one, but I don't really have the confidence that the rest of the players can raise themselves.

Having said that, I wouldn't mind seeing Jeremy Balmy pop up with a 93rd minute winner.

I don't think either Thompson are able to play, which is frustrating.

This rain is shit. Been absolutely hammering it down all day here in Bath. What's it like a bit more your way?
