How the fuck do they come up with £14.08?

An average obviously means there are clubs that charge substantially less than that.

Who the fuck are they?

Season tickets? One at town works out less than that per game by about £3.

I took it to be Match Day prices.

If it includes STs then it does make sense, I suppose.
