I was a lot younger in my last visit, and I found the fence behind the goal hilarious, especially since it has a car park behind it. Was wondering if anyone found a football inside their car after a game.

We took about 500 to a reasonably nearby Div 4 team in Round 1. Oxford is a bit nearer but a Div 4 team also so I'd expect maybe 750-800.
Back in the early 80's you could pitch up for a midweek game at the Manor, stand where you like. There was plenty of room, I remember one where there was about 7,000, difficult to estimate how many Town fans, but given their attendance was just over 2000 the previous Saturday, probably quite a few.
When was the last time we sold out this game at the CG? Never in my lifetime, remember 7/8k attendances at the CG which says a lot |

Last time I went it was a midweek game (maybe JPT) and we lost and were kept behind for ages. However, my overriding memory was that a mate (who had just returned from Afghanistan - he was in the RAF) telling me the police at the fixture were better equipped than they were in a war zone...
Don't think I'll bother with the hassle.

Yes, it's wrong. Should have 260 for a season ticket. You might be on the database with multiple accounts (a lot of people are). The points may be assigned to one of these "other" accounts in your name. If you can't remember a different log in then I'd email the store mate. Don't tell them who you are though cunt. |
