So I'm getting this message on the iPad. Have wifi at home and work and it works ok at work strangely?? anyone got a fix for this please?googled it and tried the suggestions reboot/delete app/turned router off etc
Phoned Sky go and spoke with their tech team who said it must be a ISP issue as works ok at work. ISP is seethelight who are closed
Cheers

go to : http://whatismycountry.com/Assume it says USA, seems though people have had issues re: allocated country v geolaction (i.e. the country who has "bought" the addresses). Not sure what else you can do if rebooting the router isn't allocating you an address that it doesn't think is UK based, other than the VPN can of worms.

Yeah, looks like it thinks your IP address resides outside the UK. Are you using a VPN? If not, who is your ISP? Google this "what is my ip", what does it display? Or go to : http://whatismycountry.com/Cheers...Yeah it says USA?!...so what's my next move? My ISP is seethelight

Updated my post. Not sure what to do next..
The allocated country/geolaction stuff I'm not clear on - no idea if its seethelight or sky's issue

Oddly, I use my mums and dads sky go log on on my iPad and iMac.. I can't watch any films for more than 15 minutes without it just stopping. My other half uses her mum and dads and it works fine.. Our internet connection is as good as you can get, pretty much... But it really is frustrating. It even does it when connected to different wifi networks..
