Anyone done one? Am I right in thinking a single conversion costs between £5k and £10k?

Any recommendations on companies to quote? Just a thought at the moment if we buy a house with a garage. Is planning permission needed?

Had ore done about 5 years ago just need building regs ours cost 2,800 with a Door way knocked through to the house
