I suppose it all depends on whether they include the 'XI' when it's officially announced.

A match against Liverpool will sell really well.

If a season ticket holder buys tickets to friendlies online, do they get extra loyalty points? How do I add Supermarine to my basket?

Home games yes
Supermarine is pay on the day so no you won't get points from that, only tickets sold via the club

Looks like West Brom 25th July.

Fair play for organising some big clubs. Credit where credits due.

kids aside, does anyone really care about pre-season big teams?

just curious if I'm in the minority, as I don't.

Nope, I'm not fussed either.  We're always away for the last couple of weeks of July, so generally miss them anyway.  Usually my dad takes my son to the ones we're here for.

Friendlies are great, especially going to some small club that I've never heard of and watching unknown players trying to impress. I wish I could go.

I would love to be able to go, I did every friendly for 10 years, I think pre season is great.

Saw a lot of good players in friendlies for us on trial that we didn't eventually sign.

Non-League friendlies are my preference because it's cheaper, it's railings football, more social and normally sun soaked irrelevant football.

You don't watch pre-season friendlies for the dazzling displays.

I'll be on paternity by that point so......... Perhaps I could....... Right? No? Okay.
Go, and take the nipper with you. I took mine to her first game when she was five weeks old. She 'saw' Super Sammy's hatrick v Barnsley. Mind, she has absolutely no interest in football now though...

Not to mention some really good players in friendlies we did sign, that then got replaced by total dud lookalike on the first day of the season Smiley

I'm not moaning we have Premier League teams coming to the CG by the way, its great for those that want to see that kind of thing.

looking forward to Supermarine now..

Sometimes the truly hopeless trialists are much more fun.

I feel sorry for the hopeless. It amuses me when an average trialist scores a tap-in and suddenly people who weren't there cry 'sign him up'.
