I'd activate their STs online if not already done and see if the points are there.

I'm impressed, 7 pages and we haven't vanished into a maelstrom of panic yet about people not being able to get tickets! Shall be getting them on general sale, well, my wife will be online to do it.

Quick question:
Two family members have season tickets and have been to several away games so have the required points total to buy tickets today. However, this was all done in person at the store and never online and as such, they have no log-in details for e-ticketing. How do they go about getting tickets?
Click this link: https://www.eticketing.co.uk/swindontown/activateaccount.aspxPut in the season ticket numbers and surname etc to create the account etc etc

At the risk of sounding a tad blonde, if I've not renewed my season ticket for next season - am I still classed as a season ticket holder at the moment?
