I'm prepared to believe it was a Franchise fan who travelled to Deepdale with the express intention of smearing the names of their promotion rivals.

In fact, I'm certain of it.  (This is how internet rumours work, isn't it?)

Filthy, disrespectful Franchise vermin.  Are there no depths that they are not willing to sink to?

You're right. My mate's, dad's, mate's, ex-wife's, sister's, niece's mate knows the guy who did it.

The so-called singing was one bloke who made a noise and got shouted down by everyone before silence was resumed for the remaining 55 seconds. If it's who I think it was, he was absolutely wasted. Surprised they let him in the ground to be honest.

That's quite worrying.  Liverpool and Everton fans are going to have to find another lower league side to patronise (in more ways than one) when they're playing away.  Crewe, maybe?

Made the mistake of listening to the texts after the game. Good Lord, some of our fans are quite, erm, "unique" aren't they?

I still just do not get the persistent negativity around the fans after such a belting season and with the play-offs looming. It's bonkers.

Not sure what the general reaction was on the texts, but most at the ground seemed fairly accepting and just had a sing song.

FFS it doesn't matter.....

How can the retards think that playing Preston would be easier than MK? We couldn't beat Yeovil at home with a good side out!

Season restarts in two weeks.

Let's hope we reignite and smash the fuck out of MK at Wembley.....the dream is on!

I am sorry that those who went up saw that side....but most would of booked to go ages ago on the gamble it might of meant something.

It's a MEH! From me....

Just read back.....MK unhappy makes me even more relaxed about it.

Also just looked at my wish list and see that we could send Orient and fuck features Cuthbert down!

Add to that pissing off old Ginger cunt Lewington and see no dreams shattered yet.

Good points.

I think we'll see more for he first XI on Tuesday, with the team he'll want to play in the play-offs against Orient, and the good news is that Orient cannot sit back as they'll need the win.

They're bonkers, you mean, but I think it's a minority so "persistent negativity around the fans" is perhaps a bit harsh on the non-bonkers majority
